Great weather greeted all competitors at the finale of three events for the  2010 Southern Gold Cup Series I held recently at Rocking Horse Stables in Altoona, Florida. Competitors started the 3-phase series in January at Canterbury Equestrian Showplace with the second at the Florida Horse Park in March. The event at Rocking Horse Stables completed the 3 show series.

Winning Edge Tack Shop of Ocala, Florida helped sponsor the series and awards were given based oin results from the three event series.

Winners of the 2010 Southern Gold Cup Series I were: Pauline Wimberly -Tadpole, Chris Cox – Beginner Novice, Jill Lewis – Novice,  Elle Strote – Training.
